Our former player has spent almost a month on a trial in Germany. He impressed the technical team VFB Luebeck and even made it to the local newspapers.
Eyona spent his U12-18 years with YB before moving on to captaining Cpt City in the diski league and making his debut for the PSL in 2020. He went on to play under the likes of Benni Mccarthy, Roger De Sá and Shaun Bartlett.
Career highlights include:
- Over 50 appearances scoring 10 and assisting 10 in the NFD
- Young player of the year, Cape Umoya
- Promotion to the PSL, Cpt Spurs
